We are especially encouraged that the framework provides a positive, forward-looking vision for AI policy, and one that continues to move the conversation away from those who fear the future, and toward practical, pro-innovation policies that support builders, creators, and the public.

Artificial intelligence is a product of human creativity and ingenuity. It reflects humanity’s enduring drive to discover, invent, and expand the frontier of knowledge. Like the great technological advances that came before it, AI has the potential to transform the human condition by unlocking new knowledge, expanding opportunity, and accelerating solutions to problems that have long constrained human progress. In recent months, a number of organizations skeptical of rapid artificial intelligence deployment have begun describing themselves as pro-human. The label is not accidental.
